The Varden
I think that the relationship between Eragon and The Varden was strained from the beginning, because the varden didnt trust Murtagh. I think that this relationship will get much better once Eragon realizes that Murtagh doesn't really feel like he's being "imprisoned", as Eragon first thought. Also, I think that Eragon could probably bring the Dwarves, Elves, and Varden together to help fight the war against the Empire. Although, Eragon and his followers will be screwed if Galbatorix finds someone that will make the Eggs that he is holding to hatch.

I agree that there is no way they could beat the empire if the other eggs hatched. But I don't think they could beat them anyway. There army would have a lot more resources and would be too strong. I don't think it was strained though because he did not communicate and spend a lot of time with Murtagh once he meet with the Varden
ReplyDeleteyoure wrong. The varden would have support fromthe Dwarves and the Elves plus they have a dragon rider. Also there's a pretty large amount of villagers that would join them if they needed helo because everyone hates the empire... And i definately think that when Eragon first made it to the varden he was pissed that they didnt let Murtagh pass without having his mind scanned.
ReplyDeleteBut them Empire has better weapons and more people. 4000 people > 3000 people. And one dragon rider can't kill all those people. If Eragon and Saphira tried to kill all those people they would end up getting killed.
ReplyDeletebut, Galbatorix is probably thinking the same way your thinking and hes very overconfident. Also Eragon safira and the twins can combine there powers and probably kill 49.34 billion people

ReplyDeletenot if they all merged there powers together. Eragon and Saphira were able to dig a deep whole in stone by combining there magic. add two more people to that and thats alot of magic. Also, as brom said at one point you dont have to use alot of enery to kill someone, you can do something as small as closing up their lungs with magic...
ReplyDeleteYeah but that many people would be very spread out making them far away. Also four people with magic is not enough to kill thousands. I don't care how good they are at magic.
ReplyDeleteIt;s a war. they wouldnt be spread out very much. Also its two people a dragon rider and a dragon. plus as brom said, you can generate more magic if you are hyoped up about something. (like fighting for your life!)

ReplyDeleteMost of the elves can only heal themselves and won't be able to do anything to fight! Fine add Arya that is still 5 against 5000. Also there are people fighting for the Empire that can use magic.

ReplyDeletealright. Its 4000 people that are being forced to fight, there hearts arent even into it. Against 4000 warriors fighting for there homeland a DRAGON and Dragon rider who is a hoss with magic, two magicians that are alright, and a bunch of elves that can use magic... also saphira will be wearing armor so she can fly over and light everyone on fire... maybe. Also, how do we know exact numbers. it seems as if the varden community is kinda small. Although every single elf can fight and can out duel even a dragon rider in sword skillz. and the dwarves have epic weapons

ReplyDeleteHow do you know it is 4000 people it could be more. I know I said that before but I was just estimating. It seems like it is a lot more people than that since it is a whole Empire of people. The Empire has more cities on their side then the elves do. Also the Empire has all the Urgals. And as I said the elves can only use magic to heal people! The Empire has the best fighters that are the most trained and have the most resources.

ReplyDeletebut all the towns that the empire "controls" Hate the empire so they wont be as intense when they fight. and even if the leves can only heal people, that can help all the people battling because they wont die, theyll be healed by the elves...
